近年来地方政府债务问题成为我国的重要问题,债务规模不断膨胀不仅干扰地方政府财政正常运行,还不利于我国经济可持续发展。本文以分析我国地方政府债务为主题,以剖释影响我国地方政府债务规模因素为突破点,通过多重线性回归方法,建立了关于地方政府规模回归方程,解释了影响地方政府债务过大的主要因素。
In recent years, the issue of local government debt has become an important issue for our country. The continuous expansion of the debt scale not only disturbs the normal operation of the local government finances, but also does not benefit our country’s sustainable economic development. Based on the analysis of the debts of local government in our country, this article breaks through the factors that affect the scale of local government debt in our country. Through the multiple linear regression method, this paper establishes the regression equation about the scale of local government and explains the main factors affecting the excessive debt of local governments .
