当前进行的产权制度改革,探索公有制与市场经济有效结合,进一步解放和发展生产力改革有多种形式,既可以搞股份制、合作制,或者企业集团,也可以在坚持独资的基础上,通过兼并、购买、租赁、承包等形式,把“小、微、亏”企业的所有权或使用权转移到规模大、效益好的知名企业中,使这些难以正常运行的企业资产继续发挥作用。我厂作为全省最大的纺织厂,全国十大纺织厂家之一,近两年来主要采取这种形式,兼并购买承包了五个中小型企业,既促进了本厂的生产发展;又使这些中小企业的面貌发生了很大的变化,职工有了新的努力目标,也有了稳定增长的经济收入。 The current reform of the property rights system and the exploration of an effective combination of public ownership and market economy and the further liberation and development of the productive forces reform have various forms. Our factory is the largest textile factory in the province and one of the top ten textile manufacturers in the country. In the past two years, we have mainly adopted this form. Mergers and purchases have contracted five small and medium-sized enterprises, which not only promoted the production and development of the factory, but also made these small and medium enterprises The appearance of enterprises has undergone great changes. Workers have achieved new goals for their efforts and have also enjoyed steady growth in their economic income.
