城市立交桥建设经常跨越城市主干道及其相关重要构筑物,为解决施工同交通的矛盾往往采用多跨钢箱梁等结构形式的桥梁,钢箱梁具有安装速度快、施工跨度相对较大的特点,然而钢箱梁整体结构较轻,运营中容易出现横向倾覆,造成安全事故。本文通过对钢箱梁结构进行分析,提出钢箱梁桥抗倾覆装置,提高钢箱梁桥的横向抗倾覆能力,为以后的钢箱梁设计、安装提供借鉴。
The construction of urban overpasses often crosses the main roads of the cities and their related important structures. In order to solve the contradiction between the construction and the transportation, bridges with many types of steel box girders and other structures are often used. The steel box girders have the characteristics of fast installation and relatively large construction span, However, the overall structure of steel girders lighter, prone to lateral capsize operation, resulting in accidents. Based on the analysis of the steel box girder structure, this paper proposed the anti-overturning device of the steel box girder bridge to enhance the lateral anti-overturning capability of the steel box girder bridge and provide references for the design and installation of the steel box girder in the future.
