1引言随着社会经济的发展,高中阶段招生政策、范围和规模也不断扩大,我校近年来招生过程中,来自凤台和潘集一些偏远农村的学生开始越来越多。自2010年我校基于管理的需要开始创新模式专门设立了住校生班级。笔者所在的2013级高一年级就设立了6个住校生班级(其中文科两个,理科四个,占班级总数的五分之一)。设立住校生班级以来,由于多数学生远离父母,甚至不少为农村留守孩子,缺乏家长的监管和约束,有些
