宝钢一期工程一次投产成功,从中总结出一套现代化工程建设一贯管理方式的经验。概括起来是:以一次投产成功为目标,经历设计审查、设备监造,设备检验,施工监察、单体试车、无负荷联动试车、负荷联动试车、生产考核等八个阶段;确定了设计保证值、设备制造标准、精度检查表,安装要领书、试运转要领书、功能机能考核表等六项标准,编制了《生产准备方案》、《开工方案》、《试生产方案》等三大方案。对设计单位、制造单位、施工单位与开工试生产,由业主实行一贯管理。
