以盐酸氨基脲对Luminol—K3Fe(CN)6的化学发光反应的抑制效应为基础,设计出一种简便、快速、灵敏度高的流动注射化学发光测定盐酸氨基脲的新方法。盐酸氨基脲测定的线性范围为1.0×10-8g·mL-1~1.1×10-6g·mL-1,检出限为4.0×10-9g·mL-1,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于3.0%(n=5)。本方法用于测定模拟样中的盐酸氨基脲,采样频率为30~40次/小时,回收率99.6~105%。
Based on the inhibitory effect of semicarbazone hydrochloride on the chemiluminescence reaction of Luminol-K3Fe (CN) 6, a simple, rapid and sensitive flow-injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of semicarbazide hydrochloride was designed. The linear range of the determination of semicarbazide hydrochloride was 1.0 × 10-8g · mL -1 -1.1 × 10-6g · mL -1, with the detection limit of 4.0 × 10-9g · mL -1 and the relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 3.0 % (n = 5). The method is applied to the determination of semicarbazide hydrochloride in a simulated sample with a sampling frequency of 30 to 40 times per hour and a recovery of 99.6 to 105 percent.
