为了解窒息后心肌损害的心电图特征,以便指导临床诊治,作者对我院新生儿病房收治的16例心功能明显损害的窒息新生儿进行了前瞻性对照研究,现报道如下: 1 资料与方法 1.1 资料:本文病例选自:(1)有严重窒息史,1分钟Apgar评分为0~3分,或苍白窒息经抢救10分钟以上始有自主呼吸。(2)病例组16例,均有明显心功能障碍者,占同期住院的足月窒息儿总数(54例)的29.6%。(3)所有病例均除外先天性心脏病。
In order to understand the electrocardiogram characteristics of myocardial damage after asphyxia in order to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment, the author of our hospital neonatal ward admitted 16 cases of cardiac dysfunction asphyxia neonatal prospective controlled study, are reported as follows: 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Data: The case was selected from the following: (1) Severe asphyxia history, Apgar score of 0-3 for one minute, or spontaneous respiration for more than 10 minutes after the rescue of pale asphyxia. (2) In the case group, 16 cases had obvious cardiac dysfunction, accounting for 29.6% of the total number of full-term asphyxia children hospitalized in the same period (54 cases). (3) All cases except congenital heart disease.
