目的:对护理风险管理在呼吸内科中的应用效果进行分析评价。方法:选取该院2014年7月至2015年7月收治的98例呼吸内科患者作为研究对象。按照收治顺序将其随机分为对照组和实验组各49例。对照组未进行护理风险管理,实验组进行护理风险管理。对比两组患者护理风险事件发生情况、护患纠纷投诉情况、护理人员护理操作熟练情况、患者护理满意度情况。结果:实验组患者经过有效护理风险管理后,其护理风险事件发生率、护患纠纷投诉率、护理人员护理操作熟练度、患者护理满意度等均明显优于对照组。两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施有效的护理风险管理,将能够全面降低护理风险事件和护患纠纷投诉事件的发生率,有利于提升患者的护理满意度,具有临床应用和推广的价值。
Objective: To analyze and evaluate the effect of nursing risk management in respiratory medicine. Methods: A total of 98 respiratory patients from July 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. According to the order of treatment, they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 49 cases each. The control group did not conduct nursing risk management, and the experimental group conducted nursing risk management. The incidence of nursing risk events, complaints about nurse-patient disputes, skilled nursing staff nursing operations and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: After the effective nursing risk management, the incidence of nursing risk events, complaints rate of nurse-patient disputes, nurse nursing proficiency and patient care satisfaction in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Implementing effective nursing risk management will be able to reduce the incidence of nursing risk events and complaints of nurse-patient disputes in an all-round way, which will be helpful to improve patient satisfaction and have clinical value and promotion value.
