目的探讨运动平板训练对学龄期脑瘫患儿平衡功能与步态的影响。方法选取24例学龄期脑瘫患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各12例;对照组接受常规训练,观察组在常规训练基础上增加运动平板训练。治疗期前后分别对两组患儿步态与平衡功能进行研究分析。结果两组患者治疗前后差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动平板训练应用于学龄期脑瘫患儿治疗过程之中临床疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the effects of treadmill training on balance function and gait in children with cerebral palsy of school age. Methods Twenty-four children with cerebral palsy were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 12 in each group. The control group received routine training, and the observation group received exercise training on the basis of routine training. Before and after treatment, the gait and balance function of two groups were studied and analyzed. Results There was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of treadmill training in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy in school has a significant clinical effect.
