本研究采用牙周病待拔的牙齿,以2％NaF水溶液做衬垫法离子导入20分钟,然后分别测釉质中氟含量;同法处理家兔切牙。结果表明导氟后,釉质掇氟量增加’人工龋病变形成减轻。 说明导氟法可使渗入釉质中的氟量增加,深度加深。
In this study, the teeth to be extracted with periodontal disease were implanted with iontophoresis in 2% NaF aqueous solution for 20 minutes, and then the content of fluoride in enamel was measured respectively. The same method was used to treat rabbit incisors. The results showed that after fluoridation, enamel fluoride increased the amount of fluoride 'artificial caries lesion formation reduced. Description fluoride method can penetrate into the enamel in the amount of fluorine increased depth deepening.
