目的:探讨抗凋亡基因Bcl-2与肺癌发生、发展的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SABC法检测Bcl-2蛋白在75例肺癌组织中的表达情况,并与癌旁组织和正常肺组织进行对比,结合肺癌的病理特征及预后进行分析。结果:正常肺组织、癌旁组织和肺癌组织中Bcl-2蛋白的阳性表达率分别为8.3%、83.3%和48.0%;Bcl-2蛋白表达与肺癌组织学类型和分化程度无关(P>0.05),而与肺癌临床分期呈负相关(P<0.05),与患者生存时间里正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Bcl-2基因表达与肺癌发生密切相关,Bcl-2基因在肺癌中具有普遍意义,Bcl-2蛋白过度表达是肺癌的早期表现,可作为判断肺癌生物学行为和预后的一个重要参考指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the anti-apoptotic gene Bcl-2 and the occurrence and development of lung cancer. METHODS: Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of Bcl-2 protein in 75 cases of lung cancer. The expression of Bcl-2 protein was compared with that of paracancerous tissue and normal lung tissue. The pathological features and prognosis of lung cancer were analyzed. Results: The positive expression rate of Bcl-2 protein in normal lung tissue, paracancerous tissue, and lung cancer tissue were 8.3%, 83.3%, and 48.0%, respectively; Bcl-2 protein expression was correlated with histological type and differentiation of lung cancer. The degree was irrelevant (P>0.05), but negatively correlated with the clinical stage of lung cancer (P<0.05), and positively correlated with the survival time of the patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of Bcl-2 gene is closely related to the development of lung cancer. Bcl-2 gene is of universal significance in lung cancer. Overexpression of Bcl-2 protein is an early manifestation of lung cancer and can be used as an important reference for judging the biological behavior and prognosis of lung cancer. .
