目的研究城市回用水灌溉蔬菜的遗传毒性。方法采用Ames试验(8、40、200、1 000、5 000μg/皿)、小鼠骨髓微核试验(5.0、10.0、20.0 g/kg)和精子畸形试验对城市回用水灌溉的黄瓜和圆白菜的致突变性进行检测。结果Ames试验中试验组和对照组蔬菜(黄瓜和圆白菜)的回变菌落数均未超过空白对照菌落数2倍以上,且不具有剂量-反应关系,试验结果为阴性。小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验均显示各剂量组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,试验结果均为阴性。结论城市回用水灌溉黄瓜与圆白菜均未显示出具有遗传毒性。
Objective To study the genotoxicity of urban reclaimed water for vegetables. Methods Ames test (8,40,200,1 000,5 000μg / dish), mouse bone marrow micronucleus test (5.0,10.0,20.0 g / kg) and sperm abnormality test were used to test the cucumber and cabbage Mutagenicity was tested.
