采用PAGE方法 ,研究龙牙木忽木叶总皂甙对HepA小鼠血清蛋白的影响。结果发现血清蛋白组分在MW约 1 0 0KD处 ,肿瘤对照组与正常组比较增加一个组分 ,用药后该组分消失 ,与正常组相同 ,在MW约 80KD处 ,用药组与肿瘤对照组比较含量减少。
The PAGE method was used to study the effects of Aralia oleifera total saponin on serum protein of HepA mice. The results showed that the serum protein component was at a MW of about 100 KD. The tumor control group increased one component compared with the normal group. After the administration, the component disappeared, which is the same as the normal group. At the MW of about 80 KD, the drug group and the tumor control group The content is reduced.
