大白鼠经无定形二氧化硅粉尘染尘后,肺内及肺门淋巴结出现一系列尘肺的组织反应,肺淋巴系统反应活跃,实验后期出现肺问质纤维化,肺胶原含量等指标也有相应改变。说明无定形二氧化硅粉尘确有一定的致纤维化作用。文中对无定形二氧化硅致纤维化作用及尘肺问题,作了初步探讨。
After the mice were stained with amorphous silica dust, a series of pneumoconiosis tissue reactions occurred in the lung and the hilar lymph nodes. The pulmonary lymphatic system was active. The later stages of the experiment showed fibrosis of the lung and lung collagen content. . Description amorphous silica dust does have a certain cause of fibrosis. In this paper, amorphous silica caused by fibrosis and pneumoconiosis problems, made a preliminary discussion.
