为了找出机械构件断裂失效的原因,因此必须从材质优劣、设计水平、环境介质、加工状态、承载情况、操作特点等方面入手,应用物理、化学、力学等测试手段进行综合性分析后,才能查明失效的主要原因或影响因素。不过,由于断口是材料连续破坏的直接反映,而且特征最为明显,所以说断口分析是分析机械构件断裂原因的最重要的手段。本文主要是应用断口分析技术来查明机械构件疲劳断裂失效的原因和提出改进措施。文中对疲劳断裂失效分析的方法或要点进行较详细地论述,并且还简要地介绍了疲劳断裂失效分析实例。
