给出了用邻苯二酚紫(PCV)测定铜基合金中锡的新方法。使用 HEDTA 作掩蔽剂,无需任何分离步骤,可在大量铜共存时测定锡。本法比现有方法具有更高的选择性。方法中,用十六烷基三甲溴化铵(CTAB)和吐温—20增加体系稳定性。本法适用于含 Sn(Ⅳ)2.0~60.0μg的酸性溶液(最终体积为50ml)。用氨基乙酸缓冲溶液控制 pH 于2.0±0.2,放置30分钟,在660nm 处测定吸光度。500mg 级的 Al(Ⅲ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Mg(Ⅱ)、Ca(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)不干扰;允许20 000μgCu(Ⅱ)和400μgNaCl 存在。用抗坏血酸可掩蔽消除100μgFe(Ⅲ)的干扰。Bi(Ⅲ)、Sb(V)、Ti(Ⅳ)、Mo(Ⅵ)、EDTA、酒石酸盐、柠檬酸盐和碘化物干扰测定。用本法测定了几种铜基合金中锡量,其分析结果与标准值比较,表明本法能给出准确和精密的结果。
A new method for the determination of tin in copper-based alloys by pyrocatechin violet (PCV) is given. Using HEDTA as a masking agent, tin can be measured in the presence of copious amounts of copper without any separation step. This method is more selective than the existing method. In the method, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and Tween-20 increase system stability. This method is applicable to acidic solution (final volume 50ml) containing 2.0 ~ 60.0μg of Sn (Ⅳ). The pH was adjusted to 2.0 ± 0.2 with glycine buffer and left for 30 minutes, and the absorbance was measured at 660 nm. 500mg grade of Al (Ⅲ), Cd (Ⅱ), Co (Ⅱ), Mg (Ⅱ), Ca (Ⅱ) ) And 400 μg NaCl. Ascorbic acid masks the elimination of 100 μg Fe (Ⅲ) interference. Bi (Ⅲ), Sb (V), Ti (Ⅳ), Mo (Ⅵ), EDTA, tartrate, citrate and iodide. This method was used to determine the amount of tin in several copper-based alloys. The results of the analysis compared with the standard values show that this method can give accurate and precise results.
