在实验室小型固定床装置上,采用A、B、C3种吸附剂进行了焦化蜡油吸附脱碱氮研究。分别考察了反应温度、空速对吸附剂的脱碱氮效果的影响。结果表明,采用吸附剂可以有效脱出焦化蜡油中的碱性氮,且反应温度和空速对焦化蜡油的吸附脱碱性氮均有较显著的影响。3种吸附剂中,A吸附剂的吸性性能最好。在常压、反应温度为80℃、空速为0.5~1.0h-1操作条件下,将焦化蜡油中的碱氮含量由1050μg/g降到950μg/g时,每毫升吸附剂可处理300~420mL焦化蜡油。
