以淀粉、乙醇为原料，在催化剂作用下，合成乙基葡萄糖苷；考察了催化剂、反应时间、温度、投料比等因素对合成乙基葡萄糖苷的影响；在合适的工艺条件下，得乙基葡萄糖苷收率为７９．２％；并对乙基葡萄糖苷的硬脂酸化反应条件下了讨论；合成了乙基葡萄糖苷硬脂酸酯，得其收率为７０％，测试了产品的性能。
