目的报告食管癌切除术后并发幽门梗阻10例的观察与护理.方法观察临床表现,及时禁食行胃肠减压,做好二次手术的准备及护理.结果本组10例全部再次手术治愈,无一例发生口腔、呼吸道感染及褥疮.结论幽门梗阻与胸部并发症相鉴别,诊断幽门梗阻后及早再次手术.
