目的 通过对胃癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤 (naturalkiller,NK)细胞活性以及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (erythrocytesuperoxidedismutase,E SOD)、红细胞脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (ery throcytemaiondialdehyde,E MDA)、血浆丙二醛 (plasmamalondialdehyde ,P MDA)等指标的检测 ,了解胃癌患者机体氧自由基反应对淋巴细胞免疫功能可能产生的影响。方法 随机选取 31例经病理检查确诊的胃癌患者 ,在入院当天外周静脉采血对上述指标进行检测 ,另取健康献血者 2 0例作为对照。结果 OKT3、OKT4、OKT4/OKT8以及NK细胞活性、E SOD、E SOD/E MDA比值分别较正常组降低 35 %、46 %、47%、6 4%、36 %、5 1%。而E MDA、P MDA、OKT8百分率分别升高 40 %、11%、2 5 %。结论胃癌患者机体自由基清除系统功能受损 ,氧自由基 (oxygenfreeradical,OFR)产生增多 ,导致OFR堆积引起生物膜和生物大分子的脂质过氧化损伤 ,是引起机体细胞免疫功能低下的重要原因。
Objective To investigate the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets, natural killer (NK) cell activity, erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (E SOD), erythrocyte lipid peroxidation product erythrocyte matrix dialdehyde (E The detection of MDA, plasma malondialdehyde (P MDA), and other indicators to understand the effect of oxygen free radical reaction on the lymphocyte immune function in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Thirty-one patients with gastric cancer diagnosed by pathological examination were randomly selected. The peripheral blood was collected on the admission day to test the above indicators. Twenty healthy blood donors were also used as controls. Results Compared with the normal group, the ratios of OKT3, OKT4, OKT4/OKT8 and NK cell activity, E SOD, E SOD/E MDA were decreased by 35%, 46%, 47%, 64%, 36%, and 51%, respectively. The percentages of EMDA, PMDA, and OKT8 increased by 40%, 11%, and 25%, respectively. Conclusion The function of free radical scavenging system of gastric cancer patients is impaired, and oxygen free radicals (OFR) increase, resulting in OFR accumulation causing lipid peroxidation damage of biofilms and biological macromolecules. It is an important cause of cellular immune dysfunction. .
