本文在日本学者福井保夫研究成果的基础上,改进了立轴平面磨削冷却换热系数测定方法的数学模型,并以此为基础,实验测定了立轴平面磨削砂轮与工件接触区内冷却换热系数及其分布;试验分析了冷却液流量和冷却喷嘴安装高度对冷却换热系数的影响规律。
Based on the research results of Japanese scholar Fukui Fubu, this paper improves the mathematical model of measuring method of cooling heat transfer coefficient of vertical shaft surface grinding.
