针对汽车覆盖件拉延工序设计了一套冲压模具和加工程序。首先针对汽车覆盖件进行工艺分析,确定使用材料和成型方案,并计算了主要的参数。然后利用UG绘制出模具的三维图形,并用Auto CAD绘制了一套模具装配图和主要零件图,最后使用UG数控加工模块对凸凹模的成型部分进行了数控加工仿真,制定了符合要求的数控加工工艺。
