自特殊教育提升计划实施以来,F市残疾儿童的义务教育阶段的教育教学工作取得了重要进展,但对学前儿童的关注不够明显。分析当前F市学前融合教育实践层面的问题,从满足学前有特殊教育需要儿童的需求出发进行考量,在F市开展学前融合教育试点工作,建立学前融合教育的保障体系是非常有必要的。
