芯层熔体前沿冲破是夹芯注射模塑常见的缺陷之一。利用Moldflow软件,模拟分析芯层熔体注射流率对芯层熔体前沿冲破的影响,探讨熔体假塑性、注射流率和芯层熔体前沿冲破之间的关系;建立了反映芯层熔体冲破趋势影响因素的数学方程,并借助此方程探讨上述实验结果。实验表明:对于壳/芯层物料组合,芯层熔体注射流率的提高对前沿冲破的影响随物料组合的不同而不同。
Core melt front breakthrough is one of the common defects of sandwich injection molding. Using Moldflow software, the influence of the injection rate of the core melt on the frontal breakthrough of the core melt was simulated and the relationship between the pseudoplasticity of the melt, the injection flow rate and the frontal breakthrough of the core melt was discussed. The body breaks through the mathematical equations of the influencing factors of the trend, and uses the equation to explore the above experimental results. Experiments show that for the shell / core material combination, the influence of the increase of the core melt injection rate on the frontal breakthrough depends on the material composition.
