采用酶联免疫法对来源于国内不同蝴蝶兰种植场9个蝴蝶兰品种的45个样本携带建兰花叶病毒和齿兰环斑病毒的情况进行检测调查。结果表明:(1)9个蝴蝶兰品种的45株苗中共有9株感染建兰花叶病毒,感染率为20%,强阳性概率为2.2%;9个品种中均有样本检测出齿兰环斑病毒,45株苗中有32株感染齿兰病毒病,感染率为71.1%,强阳性率为37.8%;另有8株苗发生复合感染,感染率为17.8%,蝴蝶兰中齿兰环斑病毒的发生情况要明显重于建兰花叶病毒。不同品种蝴蝶兰植株感染病毒后,在叶片上的病毒病症状初期主要表现为叶片上有明显的褪绿、黄化现象,但有的病株不仅表现出黄化、褪绿,还形成了明显的黄色斑点、斑纹以及疱状结构,尤其是感染齿兰环斑病毒和复合感染2种病毒的病株均发现发病的叶片后期会出现黑色向内凹陷的坏死斑,部分品种的花也出现了异常症状,如红色花瓣黄化和花瓣出现坏死斑。
Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the presence of orchid ring mosaic virus and odontoid ring spot virus in 45 samples from 9 Phalaenopsis species in different Phalaenopsis plants in China.
