目的 :对 2 4 4 8例新生进行了血清HBV流行病学调查 ,了解其HBV感染状况。方法 :用ELISA法检测血清HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb、HBcAb ,用IFCC推荐的酶动力学方法测ALT。结果 :发现HBV感染有 14种模式 ,感染率为 6 4 .78% ,男性 73.4 5 % ,女性 5 1.11%。两性别间呈显著性差异 (P 【0 .0 1)。HBsAg携带率 16 .98% ,男性 19.74 % ,女性 10 .74 % ,两性间呈显著性差异 (P 【0 .0 1)
