为了研究不同日粮纤维水平对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻程度和肠道形态的影响,试验将初始体重为(8.10±0.06)kg的96头断奶仔猪随机分为4组,分别饲喂中性洗涤纤维(NDF)水平为6.7%、7.7%、8.7%和9.7%的日粮,每组日粮除NDF水平外,其余营养水平相同,测定仔猪体重变化及十二指肠、空肠和回肠的绒毛高度、隐窝深度。结果表明:(1)与6.7%NDF组相比,7.7%NDF组、8.7%NDF组和9.7%NDF组仔猪平均日增重分别提高了1.78%(P>0.05)、6.80%(P>0.05)和8.28%(P<0.05);9.7%NDF组平均日采食量较7.7%NDF组显著提高(P<0.05);各组料重比无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)高水平NDF有降低仔猪腹泻频率的趋势(P>0.05)。(3)与7.7%NDF组相比,8.7%NDF组和9.7%NDF组十二指肠隐窝深度分别增加了47.32%和45.80%(P<0.05),绒毛高度和隐窝深度比值分别降低了42.95%和38.46%(P<0.05);其余指标组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明日粮中NDF水平为9.7%时提高仔猪生长性能、降低腹泻率的效果最好。
In order to study the effects of different dietary fiber levels on growth performance, diarrhea and intestinal morphology in weanling pigs, 96 weaned pigs with initial body weight of (8.10 ± 0.06) kg were randomly divided into 4 groups, fed with neutral detergent Dietary fiber (NDF) levels were 6.7%, 7.7%, 8.7% and 9.7%, respectively. (3) Compared with 7.7% NDF group, the depth of duodenal crypt in 8.7% NDF group and 9.7% NDF group increased by 47.32% and 45.80% (P <0.05), and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth decreased 42.95% and 38.46% respectively (P <0.05). There was no significant difference among the other indexes (P> 0.05). Explain that dietary NDF level of 9.7% increase piglet growth performance, reduce diarrhea rate of the best.
