病毒性肝炎(简称肝炎)和原发性肝细胞癌等肝脏疾病的免疫机理研究工作,随着免疫学实验技术的进展而不断发展。本文运用T淋巴细胞表面不同的免疫球蛋白—Fc受体的原理检测Tμ和Tγ细胞,以了解肝病患者T细胞亚群的变化;同时运用肝特异膜脂蛋白(LSP)和乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)为抗原的白细胞移动抑制试验(LMIT),观察患者的特异性细胞免疫状态,初步探讨肝炎,肝癌患者Tμ和Tγ细胞变化与特异性细胞免疫反应的相互关系。
Research on the immunological mechanism of liver diseases such as viral hepatitis (hepatitis) and primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has been developing with the progress of immunological experimental techniques. In this paper, we use the principle of different immunoglobulin-Fc receptors on the surface of T lymphocytes to detect Tμ and Tγ cells in order to understand the changes of T cell subsets in patients with liver disease. At the same time, using liver specific membrane lipoprotein (LSP) and hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) as leukocyte migration inhibition test (LMIT) to observe the patient’s specific cellular immune status, and to investigate the relationship between the changes of Tμ and Tγ cells and specific cellular immune responses in patients with hepatitis and liver cancer.
