为验证ANSYS软件对高放废物处置库温度场预测的可行性及准确性,采用基于自行设计加工的处置单元热效应装置及对应的实验参数,以ANSYS workbench为平台进行二维和三维模拟。结果表明,模拟值与实验结果吻合度较高,关注的3个传感器位置在升温阶段的模拟值和实验值的相对差值平均值分别为0.68%、0.60%和0.50%,平衡阶段的相对差值的平均值为1.34%,说明ANSYS热分析对释热废物的处置单元进行温度场预测是可行的。
In order to verify the feasibility and accuracy of ANSYS software in predicting the temperature field of HLW repository, two-dimensional and three-dimensional simulations based on the platform of ANSYS workbench were carried out based on self-designed thermal processing device and corresponding experimental parameters. The results show that the simulated values are in good agreement with the experimental ones, and the relative differences between simulated and experimental values of the three sensors concerned are 0.68%, 0.60% and 0.50%, respectively.
