目的:通过苯酚糊剂灼烧大鼠输卵管,建立炎症阻塞致不孕的动物模型。方法:用苯酚糊剂制作血瘀型输卵管阻塞性不孕症模型,观察输卵管病理炎性改变。结果:造模术45天后,模型组大鼠输卵管通畅率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。模型组肉眼观察输卵管有不同程度积水积脓、僵硬,输卵管与周围组织均有不同程度的粘连;病理学观察输卵管管腔被异物肉芽组织阻塞,肌层见大量慢性炎细胞浸润。结论:输卵管内注入苯酚糊剂可以成功建立大鼠输卵管阻塞性不孕症模型。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an animal model of infertility caused by inflammation by burning rat oviduct with phenol paste. Methods: Blood stasis tubal obstruction infertility model was made with phenol paste, and tubal pathological inflammatory changes were observed. Results: After 45 days of modeling, the tubal patency rate in model group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Histopathological observation showed that the fallopian tubes had empyema and stiffness in the eyes of the model group, and the tubal and surrounding tissues all had different degree of adhesion. Pathological observation showed that tubal lumen was obstructed by foreign body granulation tissue, and a large number of chronic inflammatory cells infiltrated the muscle layer. Conclusion: Injecting phenol paste into the fallopian tube can successfully establish a rat model of tubal obstruction infertility.
