本文较详细地研究了硅对镍铬钼合金析出相的影响,以确定合金的最佳成分,尤其是硅在合金中的含量以及热处理工艺制度。实验结果表明,硅对合金相组成的影响较大。例如当碳含量很低,Si≥1.04%时,析出相为M_(12)C,Laves,μ,TiN等;当Si为0.018%时,析出相为M_6C,TiN;随着时效时间增加,M_6C相增多。本文对析出相采用定性,定量相分析方法所获得的结果,与用金相观察,扫描电镜等方法所得到的结果一致;并确定了该合金各析出相的提取及其定量方法。
In this paper, the effect of silicon on the precipitation of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy was studied in detail to determine the optimum composition of the alloy, especially the content of silicon in the alloy and the heat treatment process. The experimental results show that silicon has a great influence on the phase composition of the alloy. For example, when the content of carbon is very low, the precipitates are M 12 C, Laves, μ, TiN and so on when the content of Si is very low and Si≥1.04%. When the content of Si is 0.018%, the precipitates are M_6C and TiN. Phase increase. In this paper, qualitative and quantitative phase analysis of the precipitated phase obtained by the results obtained, and with the metallographic observation, scanning electron microscopy and other methods the results obtained; and determine the extraction of the alloy precipitation and quantitative methods.
