随着市场经济的不断发展,认缴制下公司的出现如雨后春笋般涌现,为更好规范公司治理,平衡各股东利益。本文以我国有限责任公司小股东的利益为视角,结合有限责任小股东利益保护面临的困境,探寻其原因,并有针对性地提出规范地解决途径,以期对现实中有限责任公司治理的法治化提供参考,也为后期《公司法》对股东利益的不断完善提供建议。
