对外商投资企业产品的内销价格管理,是我国价格管理、外资管理、产业政策的结合部,是价格管理的薄弱环节,急待研究和制定有效政策。这项管理的地位和意义是: 第一,外商投资主要目的是占领中国市场,方法是扩大内销。90年代由于国际范围内资金需求量大,我国吸引外资的环境将比80年代严峻。欲继续吸引外资,就要改善投资环境。在各项优惠政策中,真正具有吸引力的是对外资开放国内
The domestic sales price management of foreign-invested enterprises’ products is a combination of China’s price management, foreign investment management, and industrial policy. It is a weak link in price management and urgently requires research and formulation of effective policies. The status and significance of this management are: First, the main purpose of foreign investment is to occupy the Chinese market by expanding domestic sales. In the 1990s, due to the large amount of funds in the international scope, the environment for attracting foreign investment in China will be more severe than in the 1980s. To continue to attract foreign investment, we must improve the investment environment. Among the various preferential policies, what is really attractive is to open domestic to foreign investment.
