针对钒盐引起乙二醇生产装置脱碳系统堵塞的问题,建立了一种测定脱碳系统中碱吸收液以及冷凝液中钒盐含量的简便方法。采用双氧水(H_2O_2)分光光度法测定碱吸收液及冷凝液中的钒含量,最优的实验条件为:硫酸浓度1.07 mol/L、双氧水浓度0.06%和检测波长440 nm。当钒离子(V~(5+))浓度在444μg/m L的范围内时,该方法有良好的线性关系,满足分析的要求。
Aiming at the blockage of decarburization system of glycol production plant caused by vanadium salt, a simple method for determination of vanadium salt content in alkali absorption liquid and condensate in decarbonization system was established. The hydrogen peroxide (H_2O_2) spectrophotometry was used to determine the vanadium content in alkali absorbing solution and condensate. The optimum conditions were sulfuric acid concentration 1.07 mol / L, hydrogen peroxide concentration 0.06% and detection wavelength 440 nm. When V (5+) concentration is in the range of 444μg / m L, this method has a good linear relationship to meet the analytical requirements.
