针对现有连杆衬套旋压成形工艺存在的尺寸精度控制难导致的工艺制定周期长、后续加工材料去除量大、人力物力浪费严重等问题,采用单因素试验设计方法,以旋压件的扩径量和壁厚偏差作为尺寸精度的评价指标,获得了减薄率、进给比以及旋压后工件的退火温度对工件尺寸精度的影响规律。结果表明:随着减薄率的增加,扩径量和壁厚偏差均增大;进给比对工件靠近口部的扩径量影响显著,较小的进给比有利于减小口部扩径,随着进给比增加,壁厚偏差先增大后减小;退火温度的变化对工件靠近底部和口部的扩径量的影响程度明显高于工件中部的扩径量,对壁厚偏差的影响可以忽略不计。
