在分析1989年九江市卫生人力现状的基础上,运用灰色数列模型法和卫生人力/人口比值法对1995年、2000年卫生人力拥有量和需求量进行了预测,结果表明拥有量和需求量不相拟合。建议制订科学的卫生人力发展规划,调整和发展医学教育,提高卫生人力使用的整体效益。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of health workers in Jiujiang City in 1989, the number of health manpower and demand in 1995 and 2000 were forecasted using the grey series model method and the health manpower/population ratio method. The results showed that the quantity owned and demand were not Fitting. It is recommended that a scientific health manpower development plan be formulated to adjust and develop medical education so as to increase the overall benefits of the use of health manpower.
