现代金融一方面正以传统金融所不具有的力量、速度、效率和魅力改变着这个世界,另一方面又为这个世界带来新的动荡和不安。最大限度地防止现代金融文明阴暗面的扩散,是21世纪世界各国所面临的共同难题。对于中国这样一个潜力巨大并具有深厚文化传统的国家,必须从国家战略的高度去理解构建现代金融体系的深远意义。1999年的中国证券市场惊心动魄,给人们留下了深深的思考。2000年的中国证券市场,面临着结构调整和制度完善的双重任务,谨慎乐观应是一种基本的市场心态。
On the one hand, modern finance is changing the world with the power, speed, efficiency and charm that traditional finance does not have. On the other hand, it brings new turmoil and anxiety to the world. To prevent the proliferation of the dark side of modern financial civilization to the maximum extent is a common problem confronting all countries in the world in the 21st century. For a country like China with great potential and deep cultural tradition, it is necessary to understand the far-reaching significance of building a modern financial system from the national strategic level. In 1999, the Chinese stock market was soul-stirring, leaving people with deep thoughts. In 2000, China’s securities market faced the dual tasks of structural adjustment and system improvement. Cautious and optimistic should be a basic market mentality.
