2013年初,民政部发布了2013年“中央财政支持社会组织参与社会服务项目”立项公告。全国律协在此前申报的成立各地律师协会公益法律服务中心示范项目通过国家民政部和财政部专家评审,获得中央财政立项支持,项目资金100万元。8月28日,全国律协在京召开律师协会公益法律服务中心项目实施座谈会,参加公益法律服务中心试点工作的北京、河北、山西、内蒙古、山东、河南、贵州、陕西8省(区、市)律师协会有关负责人参加会议。为认真贯彻落实此次座谈会会议精神,河北省律协积极谋划,在河北省文明办、省司法厅的鼎力支持下,新成立的河北省公益法律服务中心于9月1日借“善行河北·律师公益行”活动亮相社会,受到了社会各界广泛欢迎和普遍好评。
In early 2013, the Ministry of Civil Affairs released the announcement of 2013 “Project of Central Government Supporting Social Organizations in Participating in Social Services”. Prior to this, the National Lawyers Association declared that the demonstration project for public service legal service centers of all the lawyers’ associations across the country has been approved by the experts from the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Finance and won the approval of the central government for the project funding of 1 million yuan. On August 28, the National Lawyers Association held a symposium on project implementation of public service legal service centers in Beijing and Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Henan, Guizhou and Shaanxi provinces (districts and municipalities) in Beijing to participate in pilot projects of public service legal service centers Lawyers Association responsible person to attend the meeting. In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the symposium, Hebei Lawyers Association actively planned, and with the full support of Civilization Office of Hebei Province and Provincial Department of Justice, the newly established Legal Service Center for Public Welfare in Hebei Province borrowed on the 1st of September Hebei lawyer public service line "activities debut in society, has been widely welcomed by the community and universally praised.
