采用MSC公司的Superform软件对不同阿基米得螺线系数下的热推扩进行了模拟。扩径段采用了3种不同的系数并分析了不同系数下对热推扩成形弯管的影响。结果表明:扩径变形段中心轴线采用曲率半径渐变的阿基米得螺线,有利于管坯凹面金属充分向凸面流动,避免了传统弯曲变形内侧受压增厚,外侧受拉减薄;阿基米得螺线系数a≤0.9时,环向厚度差大;a≥1.3时,容易出现起皱和45o剪切变薄。本试验范围内,a值取1.0最佳。
Using MSC’s Superform software to simulate the thermal expansion under different Archimedes spiral coefficients. Three different coefficients were used for the expansion segment and the effect of different factors on the hot-expanding profiled elbow was analyzed. The results show that the central axis of the expanded diameter section adopts Archimedes spiral with a gradual curvature radius, which is favorable for the concave metal of the tube blank to flow fully to the convex surface, avoiding the thickening of the inner side of the traditional bending deformation and the thinning of the outer side; When the helical radius is a≤0.9, the circumferential thickness difference is large. When a≥1.3, wrinkling and 45o shear thinning occur easily. Within the scope of this test, a value of 1.0 is the best.
