中国的水能资源非常丰富。由于降水和地形条件的影响,水能资源主要集中在西南、中南和西北地区。东部地区(包括华东、华北和东北地区)水能资源比较少,电力系统中以火电为主,水电主要担负峰荷。西部地区水能资源很丰富,电力工业以水电为主,并要考虑远距离输电,进行西电东送。三十二年来中国的水电建设成就很大。现有水电总装机容量约2200万千瓦,水电年发电量650亿度,但仅相当于可能开发水能资源的3%。在中国开发水电的前途很广阔。
China’s hydropower resources are very rich. Due to the influence of precipitation and topographic conditions, hydropower resources are mainly concentrated in the southwest, south-central and northwest regions. The eastern regions (including East China, North China, and Northeast China) have relatively few hydropower resources. The power system is dominated by thermal power, and hydropower is mainly responsible for the peak load. The hydropower resources in the western region are very rich, and the power industry is dominated by hydropower, and long-distance power transmission must be considered for the transmission of power from the west to the east. In 32 years, China’s hydropower construction has made great achievements. The existing installed capacity of hydropower is about 22 million kilowatts, and the annual hydropower generation is 65 billion kilowatt-hours, but it is only equivalent to 3% of the potential hydropower resources. The future for the development of hydropower in China is very broad.
