本文依据大量统计与实地调查资料 ,对长江三角洲地区的产业发展与地区关系进行了实证分析 ,在此基础上提出了推进长江三角洲地区产业整合的战略意义与基本思路。研究结果表明 ,推进产业的整合 ,尤其是制造业的整合 ,应该成为长江三角洲地区“十五”期间重要的战略任务。但要顺利推进该地区的产业整合 ,必须展开一系列的制度创新 ,并构筑更加积极的政策体系 ,除了在行政层面构筑权威性的协调机构外 ,还要以上海为核心 ,整合各个地区性的要素市场和中介服务机构 ,以一体化的市场与服务推进产业的整合 Based on a large number of statistics and field survey data, this paper empirically analyzes the industrial development and regional relations in the Yangtze River Delta, and on this basis puts forward the strategic significance and basic ideas for promoting industrial integration in the Yangtze River Delta. The results show that the promotion of industrial integration, especially in the manufacturing industry, should become an important strategic task during the “Tenth Five-year Plan” period in the Yangtze River Delta. However, to smoothly promote industrial integration in the region, a series of institutional innovations must be initiated and a more active policy system must be established.
