我们对复方甘草合剂组方中的亚硝酸乙酯醑和洒石酸锑钾两种成份的不合理之处进行了改进。亚硝酸乙酯醑的性质极不稳定,一般在数分钟至数小时内分解,作用消失。同时亦是引起复方甘草合剂产生沉淀(析出甘草酸)的主要原因之一。
We have improved the irrationality of ethyl nitrite and potassium tartrate in the compound licorice mixture. Ethyl nitrite is extremely unstable in nature and generally decomposes within minutes to hours, and its effect disappears. At the same time, it is also one of the main causes of the precipitation of compound licorice mixture (precipitation of glycyrrhizic acid).
