I. INTRODUCTION The curvature of a near-plane wavefront can be detected with a dislocation interferometer. In the dislocation interferometer, part of the wavefront and the other part of the lateral displacement of the wavefront or dislocation wavefront interference. Using a laser with strong spatial and temporal coherence, the dislocation interferometer can consist of only one optical flattened crystal, which maintains an angle with the incident wavefront. So as to interfere with the dislocation of the wavefront reflected from the front and back of the flat crystal, as shown in FIG. 1.
