现代社会的发展,市场经济的形势下,各个企业之间的竞争十分激烈,各个企业均在寻求提升自身综合实力的方法。石油企业在新时期肩负着社会能源供应的重要责任,其企业的内部管理也对其生产状态、经济效益、社会效益等有着直接的影响。领导干部是石油企业内部管理的重要角色,对该类人员进行有效的管理,提高整体素质不仅能够将管理措施落实以到位,且能够有效的减少腐败问题,提升管理水平。本文简单的分析了新时期石油企业领导干部的管理措施,包括科学选拔培养干部人员、严格纪律监督、重视思想教育工作、强化目标考核等,为石油企业的管理工作提供一定的参考与借鉴。
With the development of modern society and the market economy, the competition among various enterprises is fierce. All enterprises are seeking ways to enhance their overall strength. In the new era, oil companies shoulder the important responsibility for the social energy supply. The internal management of their enterprises also has a direct impact on their production status, economic benefits and social benefits. Leading cadres play an important role in the internal management of petroleum enterprises. Effective management of such personnel and improvement of their overall quality can not only ensure the implementation of management measures in place, but also effectively reduce corruption and improve the management level. This article simply analyzes the management measures of leading enterprises in oil enterprises in the new era, including scientific selection and training of cadres, strict disciplinary supervision, emphasis on ideological education, and strengthening of target assessment so as to provide some references for the management of petroleum enterprises.
