目的建立新疆地区部分汉族职业人群症状自评量表(SCL-90)常模,为当地职业人群的心理健康研究提供本底资料。方法采用SCL-90对新疆2 246名石油工人、中小学教师、医生、银行职员、环境保护管理技术人员心理健康状况进行测查,计算信度、效度,并分析相关结果。结果全量表内部一致性高达0.981,总体折半相关系数为0.944;各个分量表之间的相关系数为0.537～0.822,各分量表与总量表的相关系数为0.669～0.908;信度、效度良好。2 246名汉族职业人群SCL-90量表得分与全国常模比较,人际敏感得分低于全国常模(P<0.05);躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、精神病性因子得分均显著高于全国常模(P<0.05)。各因子分、总分存在职业、年龄、工龄的差异。结论新疆地区部分汉族职业人群SCL-90常模具有较高的内部一致性和较好的内容结构效度,可进行推广应用。
Objective To establish a norm of SCL-90 in some ethnic Han nationality in Xinjiang and provide the background information for the psychological health of local occupational groups. Methods SCL-90 was used to test the mental health of 2 246 oil workers, primary and secondary school teachers, doctors, bank staff and environmental protection management technicians in Xinjiang, to calculate the reliability and validity and to analyze the related results. Results The internal consistency of the full scale was as high as 0.981 and the overall half-coefficient was 0.944. The correlation coefficients between subscales were 0.537 ~ 0.822, and the correlation coefficients between subscales and total scales were 0.669 ~ 0.908. The reliability and validity were good . The score of SCL-90 in 2 246 Chinese Han nationality population was lower than that of national norm (P <0.05), and the score of somatization, compulsion, depression, anxiety, hostility and psychosis were significantly higher than those in national norm In the national norm (P <0.05). The factors, the total score exists in occupation, age, length of service differences. Conclusion The SCL-90 norm in some Han nationality occupations in Xinjiang region have higher internal consistency and better content structure validity, which can be popularized and applied.
