目的 探讨巢湖市儿童锌 (Zn)营养状况的变化。方法 采用原子吸收分光光度法[1 ] 检测儿童头发中Zn含量 ,进行微量元素营养状况分析。结果 巢湖市儿童头发中Zn含量严重缺乏 ,缺锌率达 4 7.8%。 1 2~ 1 5岁小儿发Zn明显高于其它年龄组 ,发Zn含量还受性别、季节影响。结论 巢湖市儿童的营养状况虽随着人们生活水平和科学意识的提高有所好转 ,但仍处于一个较低水平 ,儿童缺Zn应受到社会重视
Objective To investigate the nutritional status of zinc in children in Chaohu City. Methods The content of Zn in children’s hair was detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometry [1], and the nutritional status of trace elements was analyzed. Results There was a serious lack of Zn in hair of children in Chaohu City, with a zinc deficiency rate of 4 7.8%. 1 2 ~ 1 5-year-old children with Zn was significantly higher than other age groups, hair Zn content is also affected by gender, season. Conclusion Although the nutritional status of children in Chaohu City has improved with the improvement of people’s living standards and scientific awareness, it is still at a low level. Children lacking Zn should receive social attention
