目前高校女生体育工作是一个溥弱环节,这不仅给她们在校学习期间的身体健康水平带来不利,而且对下一代的健康有着深远的影响,它直接关系到整个中华民族的体质水平.因此,在高校体育工作中不能仅仅贯彻落实《高等学校体育暂行规定》,《体育教学大纲》和施行《国家体育锻炼标准》的适应性和科学性,而且在很大程度上,取决于女生体育工作的组织管理质量,所以,高校女生体育工作的组织管理应该加以重视.大学生正处在青春发育期.由于身体形态生理机能、心理、身体素质,运动能力等方面,都发生了很大的变化,尤其是女生的生理特点,直接影响女生参加体育活动的积极性,如何从管理的实际出发,加强课外锻炼与体育课的管理,激发女生参加体育活动的主动性,是摆在高校体育教师面前迫切需要解决的主要问题.据此,本文通过体育管理实践的研究,提出了高校女生早锻炼,课外活动,达标活动和体育课的一些组织管理措施.
