L-蛋氨酸是蛋白质水解的一种产物。在离子强度为0.14和温度为37±0.05℃下,测定了Hg(Ⅱ)-L、Cd(Ⅱ)-L、Pb(Ⅱ)-L 配合物的逐级生成常数,在水一脂肪醇(正辛醇)的体系中,各种金属配合物都存在于水层,但只有中性的ML_2分配于脂肪醇(正辛醇)中。用原子吸收分光光度法测定了以ML_2的形式分配于有机相中的汞、镉和铅的浓度。为评价以L-蛋氨酸预防汞、镉和铅中毒提供了化学依据。
