目的观察转录因子Foxp3(forkhead box protein P3)在原发性干燥综合征患者(primary Sjgren’s syndrome,pSS)外周血和唇腺中的表达。方法通过流式细胞术检测23例pSS患者和15例健康对照之间Foxp3阳性细胞的表达情况;通过免疫组织化学分析pSS患者和5例原发性胆汁性肝硬化(primary biliary cirrhosis,PBC)对照之间Foxp3阳性细胞的表达差异。结果 pSS组[(5.34±6.50)%]外周血Foxp3阳性细胞的表达比健康对照组[(9.71±4.73)%]明显降低(t=2.190,P<0.05);与PBC对照组唇腺中Foxp3阳性细胞[(3.24±1.12)%]比较,pSS患者唇腺中Foxp3阳性细胞[(10.73±5.78)%]表达增加(t=2.840,P均<0.05)。结论 Foxp3阳性细胞在pSS外周血表达降低,而在唇腺中的表达并未减少,Foxp3参与了pSS的发病。
Objective To investigate the expression of forkhead box protein P3 (Foxp3) in peripheral blood and labial glands of patients with primary Sjögren’s syndrome (pSS). Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of Foxp3 positive cells in 23 pSS patients and 15 healthy controls. The pSS patients and 5 primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) were analyzed by immunohistochemistry Differences in the expression of Foxp3-positive cells. Results The expression of Foxp3 positive cells in the peripheral blood of the pSS group was significantly lower than that of the healthy control group [(9.71 ± 4.73)%] (t = 2.190, P <0.05) The expression of Foxp3 positive cells in the labial glands of [(10.73 ± 5.78)%] of pSS patients was significantly higher than that of the positive cells (t = 2.840, P <0.05). Conclusions The expression of Foxp3 positive cells in the peripheral blood of pSS is decreased, but not in the labial glands. Foxp3 is involved in the pathogenesis of pSS.
