CFG桩在地基处理工程中已越来越广泛应用,针对大型炼厂工程地基处理的复杂性,开展了CFG桩施工前后的标准贯入、重型动力触探及施工后的单桩和复合地基静载荷试验,基于标准贯入和重型动力触探试验结果分析了CFG桩对桩间土的影响。以单桩和复合地基载荷试验结果对大型油罐CFG桩复合地基承载能力进行了评价,并与理论估算进行了对比。此外,建立了CFG复合地基的三维有限差分模型,对桩身6m以下不同厚度的软土夹层对CFG桩复合地基的影响进行了详细分析,进一步验证现场试验结果,得出一些结论。标准贯入和重力动力触探试验结果揭示CFG桩对桩间土未有明显的挤密效应;静载荷试验结果表明,CFG桩复合地基承载力能达到设计要求;现场试验和数值模拟结果揭示桩身10m以下软土夹层不会明显影响复合地基的承载特性。
CFG piles have been more and more widely used in foundation treatment projects. According to the complexity of foundation treatment in large refinery projects, CFG piles have been subjected to standard penetration before and after heavy-duty dynamic exploration and construction of single pile and composite foundation Load test, based on the standard penetration and heavy dynamic penetration test results CFG pile on the impact of soil between piles. The bearing capacity of CFG pile composite foundation with large oil tank was evaluated based on the single-pile and composite foundation load test results and compared with the theoretical estimation. The field test results are further verified, and some conclusions are drawn. Standard penetrating and gravimetric kinetic penetration test results reveal that CFG pile has no obvious crowding effect on the soil between piles. Static load test results show that the bearing capacity of CFG pile composite foundation can meet the design requirements. Field tests and numerical simulation results reveal that pile Body below 10m soft interlayer will not significantly affect the bearing characteristics of composite foundation.
